Each brand sells its products directly to you, so each deal is a separate purchase. Carts can not be combined.
Products in cart are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. (Returns after this time may be refused)
Items must be unopened and in their original condition and original packaging.
Return Authorization is required — returns without authorization will be denied.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
You will not be refunded for your original shipping fee of $4.99
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at clientservices@chrismcmillan.com to request authorization from our team (please include your full name and order number).
Once your return is approved we will provide the return address, obtain a shipping label from the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost items during transit.
Include your packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the package, and circle or highlight the items you are returning.
